Chili Longhorn Chocolate is a variety with medium-strong spiciness and characteristic very long, narrow fruits, which develop upon maturity dark chocolate brown color. The plant is medium lush and regularly sets a large number of fruits that ripen gradually.

The fruits are 15–20 cm long, slightly curved and thin, with a medium-thick skin. They are green when technologically ripe, and turn dark brown when fully ripe. Due to their shape, they are suitable for both fresh use and drying.

The taste is full and slightly smoky, and the spiciness ranges between 10,000–20,000 SHU. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, drying, grinding into powder, sauces and seasoning dishes, where a more pronounced aroma without extreme sharpness is desired.
