Chili Pineapple (Capsicum baccatum) is an extremely aromatic Peruvian variety, famous for its refreshing tropical taste, which is reminiscent of pineapple, lemon and sweet citrus fruits. The fruits are medium-sized, elongated, slightly wavy, with a characteristic light yellow color at full maturity.

It's hot. medium, just right for those who want a distinct aroma without being too sharp. With its exceptional fruit profile, Aji Pineapple is perfect for fresh salsas, tropical and fruity-spicy sauces, marinades and fermentation. Thin meat also allows excellent drying, which produces a wonderfully aromatic powder.
