The fruits are medium-sized (about 5–7 cm in diameter), red color, slightly flattened and they have balanced, classic paradižnik taste. The variety is known for earlier maturation and good fertility in moderate conditions.

According to historical sources, the Olomovic variety developed by Milan Sodomka in Czechoslovakia, it emerged as a varietal type Olomouc Lowlands, and was introduced to the USA in 1976. The variety originates from the Central European region and is part of the tradition of robust European varieties.
