The Heart of Ox Albenga is indeterminate variety paradižnika, which represents the true historical version of Cuore di Bue – OX HEART. The fruits are large, strongly ribbed, pear-shaped, with a juicy and aromatic core of a lighter red color.

The plant is strong, lush and rustic, with a medium early growth cycle. It has high fruit setting ability even at different temperatures, which makes it adaptable for cultivation outdoors or in protected conditions. The average fruit weight is 250–300g, making it ideal for fresh consumption, salads and sauces.
