Tomatoes Coyote is old Mexican wild variety, valued for its exceptional fertility and stunningly sweet taste. The fruits are small, round (about 10–15 g) and when mature they become translucent white to pale yellow, which gives the plant a unique and almost dazzling appearance.
The taste is surprisingly rich – very sweet, aromatic, with a fruity note, which makes Coyote often ranked among the tastiest cherries in the world. The plant is indeterminate (needs support) and extremely lush, as it comes from wild selection Solanum lycopersicum var. cerasiformes. It tolerates heat and drought well and is naturally more resistant than most cultivated varieties.
Maturation is very early, and the harvest is continuous throughout the season. Due to its special color and sweetness, it is ideal for salads, fresh use and decoration, especially where we want a contrast to classic red varieties.
