Tomatoes Blue Gold Berry is an extremely attractive variety from the "Artisan" paradižnikov series, developed by a renowned American breeder Brad Gates (Wild Boar Farms, California, USA). The variety belongs to the group indigo cherry paradižniks, known for their high content anthocyanins – natural pigments with antioxidant properties.
The fruits are small (20–30 g), round, with a unique color combination blue-purple skin and golden interiors. The taste is balanced – sweet, with a slight fruity note, which makes it one of the most popular varieties from the Artisan line. The plant is indeterminate (needs support), very productive and suitable for growing in a greenhouse or outdoors in warmer locations.
The variety ripens approximately within 75–80 days after transplanting, and the fruits keep well even after harvesting. Due to its appearance and taste, it is ideal for salads, fresh use and decoration.
