Paprika – Trapezium

Pepper Trapeze (Capsicum annuum) is an early variety with large fruits, intensely red in color which are often in the form of an almost rectangular "block", which gives the plant its character. The plant also thrives in less than ideal conditions - too little light or low temperatures. It is excellent for fresh use, pickling, cutting and cooking, where you want a sweet, tasty, large-sized pepper.
