Cucumber UG 15CU05 F1 (Cucumis sativus) is a modern, premium quality hybrid known for uniform, flat and dark green fruits, which are ideal for fresh consumption. The fruits reach 25–30 cm, they have smooth shell, crispy and very juicy meat and completely without bitterness. Its shape and texture make it great for salads, sandwiches, snacks, as well as for cutting into long, thin strips.
The plant is strong and forms abundant side shoots. It grows best with supports or nets, where it develops long shoots covered with high-quality fruits. The variety ripens medium early, approximately 50–55 days after sowing, and offers constant fertility throughout the main part of the season.
As an F1 hybrid, the UG 15CU05 is distinguished by very good disease resistance, especially to heat stress. Due to its stable yield and fruit quality, it is an excellent choice for both garden beds and greenhouses.
