Eggplant 117 SA 391 F1 is a hybrid variety early ripening, suitable for cultivation even in shorter cycles. The plant is lush and vital, with even growth and good fruit setting already in the early stages of production.
The fruits are oval to almost round in shape, slightly more rounded than some other white varieties. They reach larger size, with a pronounced green calyx part and evenly pure white color. The surface of the fruit is smooth, and the flesh is firm and has a delicate flavor.
