Bulo Bulo chili is a variety habanero type. The plant is medium to vigorous growing, also suitable for growing in pots, where it develops well and maintains balanced growth.
The fruits are medium-sized, typical habanero shape, and during ripening they turn from green to intense red color. The meat is aromatic and suitable for further processing.
The taste is expressive and full, and the spiciness ranges from 150,000–250,000 SHU. The variety is very suitable for preparing salsas, sauces and grinding into chili powder, where both the aroma and pungency come to the fore. The plant also does well when grown indoors with sufficient light and can be successfully overwintered.
