Chili – Bulgarian Carrot

Chili Bulgarian Carrot (Capsicum annuum) is an old Bulgarian variety that impresses with its carrot-orange color and sour-fruity taste. The fruits are elongated, slightly curved and ripen from green to intense orange color.

With a burning sensation around 30,000–50,000 SHU they are great for sauces, salsas, pickling or drying, where we get a very interesting, intense orange sprinkles. The plant is very productive, grows up to 70 cm and produces a rich harvest even in containers.
