Zucchini Lungo Bianco di Sicilia (Cucurbita pepo) is traditional Sicilian variety, appreciated for its elongated, light green-white fruits z delicate and sweet taste. The fruits are cylindrical, slightly curved, approximately long 25–40cm, with thin skin and soft, light-colored flesh, which remains juicy even when cooked.
