Name “Sunrise” describes its appearance wonderfully – the fruits of this variety create a real colorful sunrise. They start as light green, gradually transitioning into bright yellow, then they mature into rich orange color. This iridescent color palette gives the plant exceptional decorative value and makes it popular both in garden plantings as in kitchen.
It tastes like “Numex Sunrise” gently burning (to 8,000 SHU), with refreshing, slightly fruity taste and mildly spicy, which goes perfectly with many dishes.
