The skin is smooth and the flesh is medium thick and juicy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"785\">The taste is <strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"540\">gentle, slightly sweet<\/strong>, and the pungency is very low, usually between <strong data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"593\">0\u2013500 SHU<\/strong>, individual fruits may be completely free of bitterness.
