The variety is known for requiring <strong data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"456\">slightly lower temperatures than other pitayas<\/strong>, which makes it very suitable for European growing conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"779\">The fruits are <strong data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"556\">medium to large<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"578\">pink shell<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"604\">creamy white flesh<\/strong>, which is extremely juicy, crispy and aromatic. The texture of the meat is <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"688\">similar to kiwi<\/strong>, with tiny edible seeds and a refreshing, slightly sweet taste with a mild floral note.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"1100\">The shoots are <strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"819\">triangular (three ridges)<\/strong>, sturdy and with <strong data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"850\">small thorns<\/strong>, so the plant is easy to shape. Like all <em data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"923\">Hylocereus undatus<\/em> forms <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"960\">nocturnal, large white flowers<\/strong>, which are strongly fragrant and very decorative.
