Peony Gay Paree is a very decorative variety with characteristic bicolor flowers. The outer petals are delicately pink, while in the center there is a dense cluster of creamy white to light pink petals, which gives the flower an elegant and somewhat exotic appearance. The plant forms a strong bush with healthy green foliage and is an excellent choice for ornamental beds and cut flowers.
It grows best in a sunny or slightly shaded position in fertile, well-drained soil. Peonies are long-lived perennials and can grow in the same place for decades.
