Pepper – Olenka

Pepper “"Olenka" (Capsicum annuum) is sweet, fleshy variety with a characteristic flat, slightly ribbed fruit shape, which resemble mini paradižnike. They ripen from green to intense red color, but the meat is thick, juicy and sweet. The plant is medium height and very fertile, making it an excellent choice for growing outdoors or in a greenhouse. Olenka pepper is ideal for stuffing, baking, salads or pickling, as it retains its beautiful color and flavor even after heat treatment.
