Paprika – Corno Di Toro Giallo

Pepper “"Corno di Toro Giallo" (Capsicum annuum), also known as “yellow bull horn”, is a traditional Italian variety with long, curved fruits that reach up to 20 cm. They ripen from light green to intense yellow color, but the meat is thick, sweet and aromatic.

The plant is strong growing and very fertile, suitable for both the garden and the greenhouse. The fruits are excellent for baking, stuffing, fresh use and grilling, as they develop a rich sweet flavor with a slight fruity note. This is one of the most prized varieties of sweet peppers in Mediterranean cuisine.
