Chilli – Numex Bailey

Another great product that was developed at New Mexico State University. It was named after Mr. Bailey from that university. The “Bird Eye” chili, whose main advantage is that when the fruits are ripe enough, They fall off when touched, which makes picking much easier. It is quite spicy and great for drying and very popular in the preparation chili oil.
