Chili Mango (Capsicum baccatum) is one of the most aromatic baccatum varieties, which impresses with its distinct mango-fruit aroma and beautiful color transitions. The fruits are medium-sized, elongated and slightly curved, and during ripening they turn from green to light orange to rich mango color, which makes the plant extremely attractive.

The taste is refreshing, distinct tropical fruity, with notes of mango, citrus and a slight sweetness. The spiciness is medium, pleasant and balanced, making the variety excellent for a wide range of culinary uses. Aji Mango is ideal for fresh salsas, fruit-spicy sauces, marinades, fermentation and drying, as it retains its aroma even after processing.

The plant is tall, very productive and grows well in warm conditions. Like most baccatum varieties, it sets fruit quickly and abundantly until late autumn.
