Chili Sweet Pepper (Capsicum baccatum) is a tender, aromatic and extremely popular variety from the Caribbean group Sweet Pepper, which is famous for full of aromas – no burning.
The fruits are medium-sized, slightly wrinkled and become intense yellow, like little suns – that's where the name comes from Salt. The taste is rich, distinct fruity-citrusy, warm and aromatic, with a delicate sweetness that makes the fruits extremely useful in cooking.
It is extremely aromatic even fresh. The plant grows well in pots or outdoors, bears abundantly and is undemanding to grow.
