Purchasing products in the Paradiznik.si online store is easy.
Online shopping in the online store www.paradiznik.si can be done as a guest or as a registered user. If you are not yet registered or do not want to register, you can shop as a guest. The purchase process for registered users is the same as the purchase process as a guest with one exception, i.e. user registration.
User registration is done by clicking on the “My Account” button. After that, a registration field will appear on the screen, in which you must enter your chosen username, email address and password.
In case of registration, personal data is stored as stated on the pages Terms and conditions and Security of personal data.
If you want to search for a specific product, you can do it in two ways:
Clicking on the product image will display more detailed information. Select the quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. The product will be added to the shopping cart.
You can then continue shopping for other products or go to your cart to complete your purchase.
In the shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout process by clicking the "Checkout" button.
On the “Checkout” page, fill in your contact information and billing and shipping address information.
Optionally, you can add a discount coupon code that you received previously. The discount is applied by entering the coupon code in the required field and clicking the green “Redeem Coupon” button. Promo codes may be limited in validity, number, and value.
At this point you select the payment method:
Before placing an order, please indicate that you have read and agreed to the website's terms and conditions and complete your purchase by clicking the "Buy Now" button.
A purchase confirmation will be displayed, and you will also receive a purchase confirmation message with a purchase summary to the email address you entered in your payment and delivery information.
When choosing to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the appropriate interface, where you can complete the payment and, after successful payment, you will be shown a purchase confirmation page. At the same time, you will receive a summary of your order to the email address you provided.
With your confirmation and execution of the order, we will send you an email confirming your order after processing it.
Before confirmation, we will review the order and, in the event of any ambiguity, to verify the information, or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery, we will call you at the phone number you entered during the purchase process.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment you confirm the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The buyer is the person with the data provided when placing the order. It is not possible to change the buyer's data later. By placing the order, you guarantee the accuracy of the data and at the same time confirm the terms and conditions of business and irrevocably and exclusively acknowledge and accept them as an integral part of your order.
