It is a long-day variety, suitable for cultivation in our conditions, where long summer days allow the development of large and high-quality onions. With proper care, it develops exceptionally thick, compact and evenly shaped onions.
It is best sown from February to March, and the crop is harvested in August. It is also possible to sow in August for a crop the following July, but there is a greater risk of premature flowering.
