Tomatoes Raspberry (Solanum lycopersicum) is popular traditional pink variety, known for its delicate color, juicy flesh and extremely pleasant, sweet taste. The fruits are usually medium-sized (120–200 g), round to slightly flattened, with a characteristic raspberry-pink peel, which is thinner and softer than classic red varieties.
The meat is soft, very juicy and contains few seeds. The taste is the main feature of this variety: sweet, delicate, fruity aromatic, with barely perceptible acidity – making Raspberry ideal for anyone who likes sweeter, softer paradižnike.
The plant is indeterminate (needs support), lush and very productive. The fruits ripen evenly in clusters and do well in a greenhouse or outdoors in warm locations. It is among medium early varieties.
The Raspberry variety comes from tradition Central and Eastern European pink paradižniks, which are famous for their soft flesh, sweetness and excellent salad quality.
