Raf Marmande tomatoes is an old French variety of the “Marmande” type, valued for slightly flattened and ribbed fruits and an extremely aromatic and sweet-sour taste. The name RAF in this case means Resistant to Fusarium, which indicates its resistance to the fungal disease Fusarium.
The plant is indeterminate (needs support) and forms medium to large fruits (200–300 g), bright red in color, slightly wavy in shape. Due to its rich flavor and structure, it is suitable for salads, fresh use and preparing sauces.
