Chili Naga Morich (Capsicum chinense) is a legendary super-hot variety from the area Bangladesh and Northeast India, known as one of the first chilies to show the world what truly extreme heat means. Name Naked means “snake,” which perfectly describes the long, slow, and persistent burning sensation that this variety develops.
The fruits are medium-sized, strongly wrinkled and irregular, often elongated with a slightly pointed tip. When ripe, they turn from green to intense red color. The aroma is rich and typically Chinense – fruity, slightly floral, with a depth that comes to the fore even before the intense heat sets in.
