Pitaya B19 (Hylocereus undatus) is a robust and very productive variety of white pitaya, bred for its reliable yield, large flowers and extremely lush growth. The shoots are thick, distinctly three-sided, with small, short thorns, which is typical of the most vital white varieties.
The flowers are very large, snow-white, night-blooming and intensely fragrant. Variety B19 is self-fertile, so it reliably produces fruit even if you only have one plant.
The fruits are medium to large, with pink-red peel and pure white meat, which is tender, juicy and pleasantly sweet. The taste is fresh, mild, with a slight floral note, typical of quality white varieties.
