Chile – Cyclone

Chili Cyclone (Capsicum annuum) is Polish variety, developed specifically for drying and grinding into paprika powder. The fruits are elongated, slightly curved and ripen from green to red. They have mild to medium heat, a pleasant smell and aroma reminiscent of smoked paprika. These properties make Cyklon extremely popular in the kitchen – both for grinding, cooking, as an addition to dishes and sauces. The plant is strong and very productive, growing well even in colder conditions.
