Chili Bishop Crown (Capsicum baccatum) impresses with its very special shape of the fruit, resembling a bishop's hat — wide at the base, slightly rounded and with curled edges. The color changes from green to red as it ripens. The taste is fruity-sweet with a pleasant medium rare (approximately 5,000-30,000 SHU).
Due to its interesting shape, it is extremely suitable for depositing, decoration or filling, as it attracts the eye and adds character to the dish. The plant is extremely prolific and needs strong support.
