The fruits are to elongate, approximately long 8–12cm, with a slightly wrinkled surface. As they ripen, they turn from green to light yellow to golden yellow color. The meat is medium thick and juicy.
The taste is fruity aromatic, with slight citrus notes, and the spiciness ranges between 20,000–40,000 SHU. The variety is suitable for fresh use, sauces, salsas, drying and grinding, where the characteristic aroma of the Capsicum baccatum species comes to the fore.
